Financial Help for American Indians and Alaskan Natives
The Affordable Care Act offers financial help to American Indians and Alaska Natives who are members of federally recognized tribes. This includes no health care expenses (depending on income) and no cost-sharing for covered services provided by an American Indian health provider or clinic.
